Detroit

The Detroit Tigers have made it to the world series. I was lucky enough to have been there and have been apart of it. I look forward to going to the First game next Saturday and watching history.

I will be forever grateful for baseball…it is all things good.

On another note….I have been reading a lot of philosophy lately…I enjoy learning the art of thinking….I am going to keep fallowing my philosophy and trying to create a home environment in which I am completely self sufficient…I will grow at least 75% of my own food and trade the surplus for the things I don’t have….I will buy solar and wind power and cut myself off the grid completely but without having to do without most modern luxury’s. I have a pond with a natural spring for water and fish for protein…I might get a goat and some chicken because they are great composts, insect killers and sources of dairy and eggs….and they entertain me…..I hope to be down to 20 hours a week after a few years of paying for all this and setting it all up….20 hours a week will be enough to pay the few bills I would have, keep my fully insured and have a few hundred for saving left over….I want to live a life that is not only healthy and self controlled…but also without they many compromises the current system of living forces us to make…if its not the food they feed us its the way we have to treat people in order to make the money to buy the adulterated food….its all one big circle jerk…and I am on a philosophical search for truth and freedom….and the only real way on this planet to achieve those two things…is to go back to the earth and live deliberately. ..This is the only true formula for peace that I have found….

the system has done well teaching all of us how to survive….I now shift my focus on how to LIVE…So that I may one day teach my children.

And if none of this works I will start a new religion and take over the world.
