Birthday.

So, here’s what happened during my damn holidays.

First, Christmas Eve. Not too bad at work, though I was really tired. After work, I was going to have cassie come over, and relax for an hour or two, before we head over to her place to visit with her family. well, I give her a call after work and apparently people had already started showing up so she couldn’t leave. Ok, well, I was still tired, so I decided to nap first. Usually when I nap its for 30mins to an hour. Well, this time it was 2 1/2 hours. Shit. So I wake up groggily to see Cassie had called twice (my phone wasn’t silenced either). While i try to get my barrings, I figure out that I won’t be able to make it to my uncles house tonight, and I go to see cassie. She then tells me they’re going to the casino that night. Okay… I guess I could do that instead of see my family. So I did. Went with 0 dollars, but I signed up for some grand casino hinkley players card, and got $5 for signing up. Well, withint 5 minutes, I won $50 at the slots. Spent $20 on gambling, loaned $10 to Tyler, cassies cousin, and we left. Cassie went home to sleep, as did I.

christmas day, wake up alone to the dog whining. I get a call from my mom wishing me a marry christmas, and I get up, shower, and call cassie. I head over to her parents, watch some of her family videos of when they were kids opening presents on christmas day. this got me sad and depressed, but thats for later. We end up going to her uncles. it was pretty fun. I had drank, though I didn’t really want to. I had some wine, still hate wine. then a mikes hard and a grasshopper.  Ate some ham, exchangted presents–they do a secret santa type thing. I got a nerf gun thats also a pen, and a cute picture of cassie when she was about 7 or 8 in a frame. she hates it. I love it.

Then she tells me that she’s going to the club tonight. Ok, but i thought we were going to see my family? So I tell her I’m going to my uncles regardless. She gets all frustrated, because she’s trying to please everyone, but it’s not working. So, long story short, we goto my uncles for an hour or so, I say hi, then we leave to goto Stargate. I call up Ian and invite him, he brings nicole, so I had someone to talk to while Cassie went and danced. This is much deeper, but again, this is for another entry. Eventually, i leave, it’s boring. Say goodbye’s and follow ian to his house, we both head up to my parents. he’s gonna stay over and were gonna go back to the casino the next day with everyone. Around 2 i get a call saying cassie’s stuff is in my car, she needs it. so I drop it off at her car at her house, i find out there was a fight there, she got hit in the face. So, she isn’t going to get drunk like she planned (thank god).

She arrives while I’m dropping it off and talking to tyler, i kiss her eye to make it feel better, then go home. Next day, we all goto the casino around 7. Before that, ian and I went to best buy and my apartment, then we headed back up, nicole and cassie showed, and we watched the thomas crown affair. left for the casino, ate at the buffet (the main reason i wanted to go), lost our money, i actully came with 10 and left with 15, but lost $20 of cassies in blackjack. oh wells. Saw a kid i used to work with there. good fun.

On our way out, cassie had left with her sister tina, I conviced cassie to wait at my parents so i could at least see her alone for more then 4 minutes. She does, we fall asleep and wake up at 4am, she leaves, i go back to bed.

Now its today, monday.

tomorrow is my birthday.

My parents are getting me a brakejob for my brithday. oh well. needs to be done i guess.

No christmas presents except a $50 cub foods gift card. le sigh.

christmas just ain’t what it used to be.
