Ok, Below is a collection of some of my favorite Quotes from a show I watch. Cowboy Bebop. By far the best series I’ve ever seen, on so many levels. Animation, Voice, plot, and profoundness. If you think about these quotes, I mean actully THINK about them, you’ll understand why. And if you can’t, Ask me and I’ll tell you what it means to me.

Bit of background information: Spike, Jet, Faye are main characters. They are a rag-tag group of bounty hunters in the whole space era.

Vicious and Vincent are Villians, (hah!) and “Old Man Bull” is an old prophet speaking his advice to one of the formentioned characters.

Without further ado, Here they are:

“This food tastes terrible.” – Spike
“Well you sure eat a lot if you hate it so much.” – Jet
“Well, they say hunger is the best spice.” – Spike

“You told me once… to forget the past, that it doesn’t matter… But you’re the one still tied to the past, Spike!” – Faye
“Look at my eyes Faye. One of them is fake ’cause I lost it in an accident. Since then, I’ve been seeing the past in one eye and the present in the other. So I thought I could only see patches of reality.” – Spike
“Don’t tell me things like that…. You’ve never told me anything about yourself before! (Crying) Don’t start now!” – Faye
“I felt like I was watching a dream I would never wake up from… Before I knew it, the dream was all over.” – Spike

“I never did understand you, even to the very end.” – Jet
“I don’t understand, either.” – Spike

“”So what kind of woman is she? What’s Julia like?” – Jet
“Ordinary. The kind of dangerous, beautiful ordinary that you just can’t leave alone.” – Faye
“I see.” – Jet
“Like an Angel from the Underworld or a Devil from paradise.” – Faye

The cat wasn’t afraid to die. Then one day this cat became a stray cat, which meant he was free. He met a white, female cat and the two of them spent their days together happily. Well, years past and the white cat grew weak and died of old age. The tiger striped cat cried a million times, then he died too; except this time, he didn’t come back to life.” – Spike

(This one the character is talking about a War on a planet called “Titan.”)
