Worked out already today, first day being done with the German volume workout. I decided to try and do the "hardest" workout at levels being the first day back from lifting all the time. I did the "Dominator 3, the Dominator to end all Dominators" lol. I love Bruce’s names he comes up with. Basically you have to do an Array of workouts at 30 reps each. and at the top of every 4 minutes you had to do a burpee. then at the next 4 minutes you had to do two, and then the next 4 minutes you have to do 3, so on and so forth. I ended up having to do 21 rounds of burpees, so it took me 84 minutes to complete. UGH! needless to say I was whooped. Took my protein shake, and now I feel great. Came home and decided to make a Big dinner because I was bored. Then I was going to share some with my new neighbor, but she wasn’t home by the time it was done so I guess she missed out. Now I have enough for 3 meals! I love staying busy like this, because I tend not to dwell on anything, and it really does put me in a good mood.

Well anyway, here is my dinner tonight! Glazed lemon chicken breast grilled to steaming perfection, atop of a plentiful helping of organic brown rice, and a generous helping of my mothers home grown sweet corn. With a big ole glass of water, and some cantaloupe for dessert! How’s that for selling a healthy dinner?

That dinner sounds amazing! And I could even eat all of it except the corn 😛 Oh, and cantelope. Silly new diet. I have been keeping a lot busier in the kitchen too. It exhausts me though lol
