my testimonial for levels
It’s obvious that results are what people look for when trying to lose weight. You can put countless time on a elliptical machine. You can count every calorie, all to see a few improvements. These things are good for you, but they never seem to be enough. We all have started diets for a week, and gave them up just as fast. I tried walking more, and found myself skipping nights because I found it boring. I was over weight, and unmotivated. It took all my courage to say I was ready. Thankfully, I found MY results with the help of the many faces at Levels Gym.
From the moment I walked into Levels, I first felt an overwhelming kindness upon me. Everyone was smiling, and laughing and having a good time. The music was fitting, and people were working there tails off on machines and all around. Then a man greeted me with a “Hi there!, What can I do for you?” my only muffled words were: “I need to join the gym.” I never felt more welcomed in my life. His name is Bruce Tanner, and he owns Levels. Most owners of things you think of them as coaches who sit on the side lines and observe everyone doing work while he collects a pay check. This is not the case with him. He is in the trenches fighting for every inch and pound you want to lose.
When I started levels I couldn’t even do one push up. Sit ups were a nightmare I thought I would never wake up from. I put 1 month in and I was doing workouts I thought I would ever be able to do. I found myself challenged each and every day by the staff, and especially by Bruce. Push yourself past your comfort zone a little each day he always advised for me. I wasn’t doing this alone though, I was working along side of the many people all trying to better themselves, and the staff who was there to make it all possible.
It has now been 4 months since I first walked thru that door to levels. I started my journey weighing 356 lbs. (I am 6’7” male ) I am now at a astonishing 261 lbs, and I still have a lot of room for improvement. I feel so much better waking up each day with so much energy and motivation to improve my life. Losing weight has helped me get myself back into college. It has helped me with being more social and out going with my friends and family. I have made so many new life long friends at the gym. Everyone helps everyone.
That is the beauty about levels. You are not alone. You may be at a different “level” then everyone else. However, everyone has a goal they are stepping to. If you are ready to see results, and be around a positive and encouraging workout environment. Let Levels Gym change your life, become part of the fun. My name is Adam Wurm, and I am part of the Levels Family.

I actually didn’t realize you were quite THAT tall 😛 I still can’t even do one push up… I mean, modified push ups sure… but not a real one. This is a great testimony, and i wish I had a gym like that here.
