Cooking for the Men Tonight

HELP ME PLEASE!!!

tonight i told my dad and roger that i was cooking dinner for them. OMG…big mistake i think!! i just found out that roger likes deviled eggs, so i was gonna make some cuz my dad likes them too. well, i went to mix the concoction that goes in the middle of the hard boiled egg and it looks too soupy. here is the ingredients and the directions i am following :

3 tablespoon mayo

2 1/4 deviled ham

1/4 cup of cheese

1 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish

1 dash paparika

—–

– boil the eggs

– slice eggs and remove yolks

– mash yolks, add mayo and mix well

– stir in ham and relish

– get a spoonful of mixture and put in middle of each half egg

– sprinkle with a little extra cheese and paparika

i’ve mixed everything together except for the yolks and like i said it looks really soupy. maybe i need to start over and wait till i’ve actually boiled the eggs so i can start with mashing the yolks first. for the main dish i’m making chicken alfrado. yummy….and i’m hoping it turns out yummy!!

here’s the ingredients and directions for this :

– 3 boxes of noodles (enough for 3 people with HUGE appetites)

– 2 jars of alfrado sauce

– 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

—–

– start boiling water for the noodles

– once water is boiling, add noodles

– when noodles are tender, DRAIN

– over medium heat, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a skillet

– immeadiately add chicken chunks in the skillet

– stir often

– cook until brown

– combine noodles, chicken, and sauce in one big serving bowl, mix together and serve.

somewhere during all this i’m making garlic bread, okay well i’m cheating with the bread. i bought it pre made, all i have to do is throw it in the oven and bake it. i bet i burn it. HELP!!

if anyone knows why my deviled egg stuff is soupy please tell me….and if anyone has any tips on something HELP!!!…..thanks….

ive never followed a recipe for deviled eggs. You just mix what you want, how much you want, etc. into it
