Like

English is a beautiful language. Like is an ugly word. An exchange student on the bus used the word ‘like’ about three times in each sentence. Abuse. Why ruin something that can be so beautiful? It was almost painful to me.

I came back from Toffy’s parents tonight. I had a good weekend, except for horrible stomach aches. I finished one of the books I have to read for next week and I liked it a lot.

I’m so dizzy right now. It feels like I’m going to fall of the chair. I think I’d better lay down somewhere.
