Dishwater Incident

This actually happened a few months ago, but it was so funny, I thought I’d journal it!!
I am obsessed with TRYING to keep the kitchen clean.  It is a NEVERENDING chore!  Roy has a pet peeve about me wisking glasses away and into the dishwasher when he intends to keep using the glass.   I have a pet peeve about dirty dishes sitting out all the time!!  So, one evening I was preparing for dinner, or cleaning up after dinner, can’t remember.  I saw Roy’s coffee cup on the sink with a spoon in it and I remember thinking that was weird that he left the spoon in his fresh coffee, but whatever.  Well, he came back upstairs not too long after I noticed his coffee cup.  I made SURE not to clean it up.  When he returned I asked him if he wanted his coffee.  I think he was a bit suprised (?!) but said he did.  So I brought him his full cup o’ coffee…

It WASN’T COFFEE!!  IT WAS A CUP FULL OF DISHWATER!!   It was cold and gross!!  He almost spit it back out!!!!  He wasn’t NEARLY as amused as I was as I couldn’t stop laughing!!!  I was TOTALLY applogetic, but still!!  Couldn’t stop laughing…!!  🙂
