Talking to him

I don’t have a lot of time to write (in fact, I really shouldn’t be writing at all), so I’ll say what I want to say and go.  I talked to Robbie last night before the Black Box Awards (which, by the way, Gordogan swept, completely undeservingly, because they had the biggest cast).  It was a nice conversation, very relaxed, very easy.  I went over to him and we just talked, at Phoebe’s.  He told me that he auditioned for musical theatre but didn’t make it, and I told him that I used to think he was musical theatre.  He said a lot of people think he’s musical theatre, probably because a lot of people think he’s gay.  So I said that I never thought he was gay, and he said he was flattered.  I don’t really know how to take that whole exchange.  He also commented that he’s turning 21 on the 15th, so I can safely include that in his train letter, a happy-birthday, because he told me when his birthday was.  I already knew it, but now I have an excuse to know it 🙂  It was just a nice talk.  I think we finally broke the ice.  It’s about time.

I took my parents to the Lubin House dress rehearsal today, and they were very impressed.  So was I.  Our best are very good.  Penna…I will miss him.  I went to congratulate him afterwards and ask him if he was feeling better, and he gave me two hugs and was very friendly and maybe he doesn’t hate me after all.  He’ll get a train letter clearing everything up.

Speaking of train letters…I have at least five and preferably fifteen to do before 7:00 tonight, so I’d better go.
