I shall call him Frank

My street has made it into the Sun Newspaper! This was quite odd actually. I was reading about a car crash at a petrol station. A pink Vauxhall Corsa somehow managed to pile into the side of an Aston Martin. I was looking at the picture thinking it seemed a bit familiar. Then I realised, it is about 1 minute from my home!. I have no idea how that pink car could have ended up there.

We have a new pope then, pope Francis I apparently. I shall call him Frank. Why do they always give themselves a new name? I can’t say I care, but it is the biggest news of the day, so it gets a mention. He has something of an uphill struggle doesn’t he, perhaps even more so today than yesterday, since it was revealed that the Vatican had bought a block of apartments above a gay sauna in Rome.

Tomorrow the dragon and the boy fly to Taiwan. I will still at home drinking beer in my underwear while they are gone. I will write them each a letter to read on the plane. I’ll drive them to the airport and give them to them when they go to the departure lounge. It’s all panic stations at the house now. We’re looking for lost things, frantically doing laundry, printing air tickets etc. I’m not fond of this stage.

I may have more time next week to write an entry or two.

Probably cos Francis is one of the most Catholic names around, but he could have used Alphonsus and jaysus but then where would we be? Hahahaha. Oh, I hate that stage too- I always try and avoid it but it never seems to work.

RYN: I haven’t a bloody clue; royalty does it too… Charles might not be known as King Charles if he ever takes the throne (wtf would he choose I wonder? King Gary? Hahahahaha.)
