The Devil’s Game

I’m not writing as much as I used to. It’s not because I don’t want to. I just seem to have less and less time these days. Maybe after Christmas I will have more free time. That said, I don’t have much to say currently.

I’m not ready for Christmas. I have most things, but not everything. It suddenly occurred to me today that there is only one weekend left, and I am supposed to be going to Devon on Saturday or Sunday. I’ve sent my cards, I still need some more presents though. I took the day off on Friday. I was thinking it would be a good opportunity to go off on my own shopping because the dragon has to work. Now she doesn’t have to work however. I love being married, but I miss time on my own. Is that wrong?

We are still planning our Asia trip around March. It’s going to bankrupt us (again), but I am looking forward to it. We’re going to Kyoto and also Taiwan on the way back. I’m going to have to look for cheap tickets this week I think.

So, lets talk about sexomnia. Some people claim they have sex in their sleep without knowing it. It’s a recognised medical condition, “sexomnia”. Except to me it sounds more like “bullshit”. Apparently, when 42-year-old tv actor, Simon Morris, was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at a house party, he put it down to “sexomnia”. I’m pleased to say the jury were of the same opinion as me. It wasn’t sexomnia at all, it was rape, and Morris, hereafter known as the “bullshitting paedophile”, is going to jail. Chalk one up to common sense.

Today’s interesting fact; if you add all the numbers on a roulette wheel together they equal 666.

RYN: I have no idea why you would, but alright- cynicism is in the Irish/British DNA, isn’t it?
