3.5% don’t know!

According to the office for national statistics, 0.5% of people in Britain describe themselves as “bisexual”. In London however, the figure is 0.7%, and in the South West 0.9%. Only 0.2% of Northern Ireland describe themselves as bisexual. The straightest region is the North East with 95.6% describing themselves as heterosexual. I particularly like the fact that 3.6% of people answered, “don’t know” when asked about their sexual identity. And 4.6% of people who could not, or would not, answer the question. I wonder if there was a box to tick for, “piss off mind your own business you pointless bean counter”, because I would have wanted to tick that.

The speed limit in UK is apparently set to go up to 80mph. It seems to me that most motorway drivers treat 80mph as the speed limit anyway. I wonder whether that means there will be little change on our motorways or everyone treat 90mph as the new limit.

The nutter who tried to drive his 4×4 up Snowdon earlier this month appears to have done it again. The owner of the vehicle, Craig Williams, was charged with dangerous driving and is due in court next week. The vehicle seems to have found its way up the mountain again however. It has not been confirmed that it is the same car, but there is a notice in the window apparently announcing that it is for sale on e-bay and proceeds will go to mountain rescue charities.

I just read that there is an iPhone app for Postsecret. I like POstsectret, too bad I don’t have an iPhone. They’re going to release an Android app for it though.I’m not sure what it’s going to do, but I want it.

LOL I like the 3.6% answer. But I wonder what are the average age group of these people they’re interviewing! 😛

RYN: I don’t wanna know about home at the moment because I’m trying to settle into a new country right now and it’s hard. Hearing stuff from home doesn’t help so I try to stay away from it.
