The Carnival~

My house is full of children, today is a rain day.  They have put together an inside carnival with only twenty five cent admission, rides included.  I paid my admission and wanted to see the rides first.  My lady handed me one end of her belt and told me to hang on tight.  I did as instructed and she walked around me, wrapping me up in her belt.  Then she yanked as hard as a man and spun me out in the middle of the floor.  I thought it was a very clever idea, I rode the ride three more times.

I saw a game booth called, Would you Rather?  I wanted to play the game.  They had questions written up and began to ask away.  Would you rather wear your underwear on the outside of your pants for a week or walk around with toliet paper hanging from your shoe for a month?   Would you rather shave your head or be forced to wear a man’s beard for a year?  I spent alot of time at this booth, returning the questions…Would you Rather is a very fun game indeed….

They had a dart gun with a bulls eye paper hanging on the wall with the center smallest circle being worth the most points, and their prizes were all hand made.  I told them I was after their yarn dolls which was worth the most points.  That meant four bulls eye for the four dolls and I’m an accurate shot.  I exaggerated the intense concentration it took which encouraged one of the girls to leap in front of the bulls eye and she received a dart straight to the tooth.  She in turn exaggerated the impact of the foam dart and fell out in the floor, knocking over the silly puddy booth….with a full head of hair.  A good time turned bad real quick, no little girl wants blue puddy mangling her hair and she began to cry…

I asked…would you rather have blue puddy hair or a foam dart stuck in  your tooth?  She said a foam stuck in my tooth but I could see she was attempting to hide her laughter.  We got rid of the  now hairy blue puddy and restored order…but I do believe that was one of the best carnivals I’ve been to yet 🙂
