Magic Tails and Mommy Shells

My lady’s birthday is this weekend.  We are going to take her to a big gym with trampolines in the floor and ball pits.  It’s Saturday, but her birthday is Sunday and she’ll be 4.  4 years ago on the 5th, I was finding out what I was supposed to be when I grew up. 

She get’s tummy aches around bed time, so she won’t have to go to bed.  So I have a magic pony tail holder.  I told her that with this magic pony tail holder, I can put a pony tail on top of her head and make all of the tummy ache pop out right off the top of her head.   It works!  When she has a tummy ache out of bed, then I tell her that Mommy is magic and can take the pain out of her and give it to someone else.  We’ll pick who to give it too, and I’ll put my hand on her and shake it, like I’m getting all of the ickies out and then throw them at the cat usually.  She loves it, and the ickies don’t come back!

When her Grandma asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she said she wanted some more mommy shells.  What is a mommy shell Lady?  She kept trying to explain what they were, but Grandma never did get it.  Lady always talks about wanting more mommy shells.  I have long long nails, and we were watching a candle burn one day.  It had been burning for quite some time and there was plenty of wax.  I stuck my fingers in the wax and let them dry, then pulled them off of my fingers and gave them to Lady.  Every day she asks me to add to her collection and her favorites are the thumbs.  She’s got 60, but this weekend I intend to add to her collections.  We are going to have quite a weekend, a group of people to celebrate my little girl.  I love it when she’s in a room full of people that truly love her.  It’s such a clean energy.
