So the day rathered suck in accomplishing anything on this list because the sewing took all of the evening. My husband did though get a load of laundry done and folded and hung all the other laundry that has been clean for a week and just sitting in the baskets. So it wasn’t a complete lose in the accomplishing of things, it just means I will have to work ectra hard on Sunday to get done the stuff that I have planned as well as what I didn’t get done last night.
In other news. We rented The Number 23 and Zodiac last night, however we only got The number 23 watched. It was an alright movie, as my husband said it was nice to see Jim Carrey in something other than a comedy. It need keep my interest enough to continue watching it all the way through, but I at the same time was trying to get fabric cut and sewn, so at the same time it wasn’t a large distraction.
Today I took the metra into downtown and then the "L" to the stop closest to my office and walked the rest of the way and it definately was raining out, it sucked. Now when my husband gets off work he will go home get around finish packing the car with whatever he didn’t get packed this morning and then he will come and get me so we can head into Elkhart to go to the Renaissance Faire tomorrow. I got all but 3 parts of my husbands costume finished and they are all the easy parts and not necessary quite yet, though it would have been nice for him to have it all. The three parts that I didn’t get done were a belt, which he is going to look at buying a stronger one then I can make so that it will hold a sword or mace, the hood to his armor, which it is going to be warm out this weekend so I don’t think he would have worn it long and lastly his helmet, which again I think would have been too warm to wear, but he would have worn it if it was done. Well, that is all for now. I will try and come back and update, but it will depend on how it goes at work.
Later,
Ashley
