List and Schedule combined and Modified

So I thought that I would combine my list and my schedule so that way I can just come back to one and edit it as I do stuff. This way maybe it helps me get it all done. So here is the new and improved list and schedule.

Not too much is going on. We went to dinner last night at the resturant that my husband works. It was great we got everything minus our alcohol 50% off, so we decided to have a full meal. People at his work have been wanting to meet me and have asked what I was like, so since we were heading out to run errands I said why not go there to eat, but most of the people that wanted to meet me or have asked about me where not there, I guess that means we will have to go again sometime.
Unfortunately I have found out that my great grandmother is back in the hospital. She is 97 years old and was scheduled for a Kyloplasty, or something like that. Basically, they put a balloon in her spine to seperate a couple of her vertibrea’s and then they go in later and fill it with cement so that it is a permanent hold, she has had lots of back pain and this is what was causing it. Well, on the way she was trying to open the door to meet up with my grandmother to take her to the hospital to have the cement portion of the precedure done, while opening the door she feel and felt as if she hurt herself. My grandmother got her a wheelchair to use and then took her to the hospital, which was their desination anyway, well they gave her an x-ray and she fractured her pelvic bone. So, they held off on the other procedure till the next day. She is of course now recovering from the Klyoplasty and they are trying to have her do rehab for the pelic bone because they don’t do surgery for the elderly for the fractured pelvic bone. The nurses are going to try and get her up and walking little by little, but we will see how well they succeed my grandmother complains it hurts just sitting up, she says she would just rather die. She though also said this when she hurt her tailbone recently and she was doing just fine the last time I saw her after that, she was still using the walker, but she was back in the nursing home in the assisted living section waiting till she could back to her independant living apartment. Now my grandmother is going to look at having someone in her apartment full time, but we will see what happens. I love her greatly and I can only hope that she will be around for a couple more years so that she might see her first great great grandchild, then we would have 5 generations on that side.
As far as my husband and I go, things are going great. I am so in love with him and he does so much for me all the time when he can. We are going to start looking more and more into have a child, however, I need to get to the OB/GYN first. I got off the pill back in Feburary and have only had my period once since. I was told the first one would be late and it did come in the alloted time, however, it has now been another 3 months since that period and I still haven’t had my period. I am testing on a more regular basis to see if we are pregnant, but everything comes back negative. I would head to the doctor now, but I am in the middle of changing doctors and am trying to find out who is in my network. The one I have been going to for the past several years is all the way in Elkhart and I have to take a day off everytime I want to see her because it is a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there from where I am now. I have a question for anyone who wants to offer their advise or knowledge, is it better to go with an OB/GYN that is works directly at the hospital or one that is affiliated with the hopsital but works in another office? I have narrowed my choices to two I think, as long as both are excepting patients and just wondered which would be better to go to. Does it really make a differance? Well, if you can help me on this subject I would greatly appreciate it.
