survived

after little sleep last night i had the endoscopy and the colonoscopy done this afternoon. wasn’t as bad as i had been told it would be. I got to have white castle for dinner , my first real food in over 24 hours.

the doctor removed a polyp from my stomach and one from my colon to have biopsied. those were the only two she found. I apparently have hemorrhoids further up then most people which has been the cause of the bleeding. and i also have gastritis so she sent tissue samples off to see if it was caused by bacteria or not. i have to wait for the test results. i have to go back to dr tang sept 12 for a follow up.

boy does my hand hurt where they put the iv in. dr tang was very efficient and i was in and out in under 3 hours. they hadn’t even gotten me to recovery and i was always passing gas which was good. at least i knew i didn’t have to hang around the hospital for hours waiting for it to happen. i’m just glad it is done and over with and hopefully have some answers on that issue.

matts already passed out on the other end of the couch as he was complaining of a migraine from not eating all day. we only just got some food an hour ago. he spent part of the night up with me making sure i was ok. We have to pay $700 out of pocket for this shit. i’ll be cringing when that bill arrives.

matt and i are going to look into switching cell phone carriers. we have had att for at least 5 years and now we are having multiple problems with them. apparently even if you are a day late in payment they now shut off your cell phones which is crap. they said it is there new policy. matts gonna call back tomorrow and do some research to see what it would cost to switch to verizon or t mobile. att said it would cost us $600 at least to cancel our contract because we just upgraded his moms phone. matt has a bit of work a head of him. damn att.
