please read because i would really like to know…

i would like to know your best, worst, or most embarssing experience at a bank.

for most people who are not familiar with my diary i work in banking. i work for a bank that is very big on customer service and always pleasing their customers. and for those who work in banking or any kind of reatil for that matter may share the same thoughts and views as me

i for one hate dealing with rude people who are on their cell phones when they pull up to my drive thru or walk up to me in the lobby. i think you are very rude and iggnorant if you are one of those people that do this on a regular basis. i don’t need to know your life history . i don’t need to hear you yelling at your spouse for overdrawing the checking account again. or thatr your signicant other cant give you an orgasm during sex. I DONT NEED TO HEAR THAT!!!!!! i to am human and and would like to be respected.

secondly DONT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY DAMN JOB!!!!!! I dont give out account balances unless you ask. i refuse to give a balance unless you can verify that you are who you are. when we ask for some form of id we want to make sure you are getting ur money…not joe smoe whole stole your checkbook. we do this for your proctection. and by the way we have heavy federal rules and regulations we have to follow. we dont break the rules…we wont bend the rules.

i always hear ” they do it for me all the time.” no we dont do it for you all the time. those who do it for you should know better. i’m not putting your husbands payroll check into your savings account. stop trying to pull a fast one.

these are just a few things that i hate and i am the bank employee.
