a rare nice day to have had

so i had a bit of a shock when i walked into work today. now mind you i was feeling pretty good when i got in. i had gotten about 3-4 hours of sleep on my own last night. yeah i hardly ever sleep on my own with out the use of sleeping pills. i seem to never be able to sleep. i was jamming to pink in the car and a bunch of other stuff i stole from matts music collection. for most of you who have no idea i was born and raised on country music. it will always be my first true love but i do tend to listen to other music. so anyways….rocking out to pink and drinking my oh so yummy pumpkin spice coffee put me in a good mood. i walked in the door and my manager, sarina, is sitting at her desk and she starts calling to me to come to her desk when i get settled in. im thinking that it couldnt be good news. its never good news when she wants someone to come to her desk. i get to her desk and she tells me she put me in the Cash program to start my training for a head teller position.i was shocked because i thought i had been blown off on several occasions. i was shocked. i am offically enrolled. i wa also asked to be jessies mentor while she completes her cash training. i have no idea how i am going to be a mentor. i have never mentored so i think this is going to be a very interesting experience.my mentor is lisa who works in the pompton lakes branch. she was working up here in franklin. i think i am going to learn alot from lisa. i met lisa a few times so i’m really looking forward to being able to work with her and learn from her. ooooooohhhhh…….nora and i got a 100% on a wow shop. we worked together to get that one. that was a good feeling to pass another shop. so that was pretty much the highlight of my day.
