Happy Hallowe’en

I hope you’ve all survived another year of monsters and witches stopping at your door. I had very few turn up here. It seems every year there are fewer and fewer. I think I had a grand total of fifteen kids. Darn. All that “give away” candy stuck here with me. Poo. Not to mention the hundred pounds or so that my youngest brought home after her trick-or-treating venture with her best friend and the friend’s mum. It’s amazing how much more you can carry when someone is driving you from house to house.

My apologies if I have worried anyone with my long absence. I’ve been playing “Dark Cloud” on the PS2, and I sometimes develop a near-obsession for an activity. This game has set that off. I can play for hours on end. Darn thing. It’ll probably taper off once I finally win, but I can see playing it over again. It’s fun. I like fun.

I hope to be back tomorrow to move the story along. In theory, this is my weekend to myself, although I’m supposed to go to a dance tomorrow night. If not tomorrow, story on the weekend. I promise.
