a bit of everything

I was thinking the other day how unfair it is that so many people i know who are on the other side of 50 are still struggling in this life, love struggles, mental health struggles and far too many have money struggles too.  I know life isn’t fair but really, we are good women, we have worked hard in this life, give us a break already.

This is probably TMI but really a 17 day menstrual cycle????  Isn’t this nonsense supposed to get less frequent?  I will be 51 next month, past the baby making stage really and truly so please can I be on the other side of menopause soon???

I have to go and make breakfast for dd but just wanted to post a link to a blog that I recently discovered, I have minimalism on the brain as I try and downsize our belongings in an ongoing gradual way so that the move that is lurking on the horizon (probably not for at least a couple of years but still) won’t be as daunting as it could be.
