125 days until the sons wedding.
125 days to shed 15-20 pounds!
I did walk 1.2 miles , that”s a start right?
I brought home the Jillian 30 day shred. Now I just need to find the dvd player. I haven’t done that work out in probably 5 years! YIKES!
Egg white/spinach omelette for breakfast.
Going to try and keep track of food on this sight too.
