A New Man

Ok folks…after reading some of my faves’ diaries, I see that I am lagging far behind in this whole ‘living life as an accountable adult’ thing. Now, I’m ready to pick up the pace, step up to the plate, you know, all that ‘be a grownup’ jibber-jabber stuff.

So, as of this moment, I am declaring my emancipation from breezing through life as though it is a playground, existing only for my amusement. You are witnessing the rebirth of my being. I am rising from the ashes of merriment and I will soar through the heavens of responsibility.

Yes, from now on there will be no more procrastination for this dude. From now on…I will finish everythi

Well, I tried!

Take care.

Good luck!

Ryn: Thank you. Are you a Mark? LOL, if so…I’m sorry, I definitely just meant him. Ha ha, your vibes and mine are conflicting. I’m taking my voodoo doll and putting black pins in it while thinking of him.

I wish you luck! Someday I too will have to face reality, and take responsibility as an adult. But until then…my life is my playground.

LOL, I don’t know anyone who finishes everything they start! Also don’t know anyone who feels as though they are an adult, I still feel/act like a child. Funny, I always thought things would be different when I “grew up.” Good luck!

Facing reality isn’t always easy but it’s something we must do in life. Thanks for stopping by!

I love this one! RYN: It’s my impression they wish to sever ALL ties with the firm, even if I were responsible for the account. Ethically, I don’t feel I can bid on the business under everyone’s nose and that I need to resign to do it properly. That may come as early as next week. I need more information before I pursue it further – but you are right it is a WONDERFUL opportunity.

Life does throw those curve balls at us and sometimes its hard to dudge them but somehow we manage to still move on as strong as ever!!!

RYN: Your kind words flatter me beyond words.I fear, howevever, this will remain just a beautiful dream. Once upon a time, I had such a weekend planned; deposit paid, room upgraded thanks to a generous contact at the resort. Two and one half weeks prior to the trip..the rug was pulled out from under me. Old ghosts haunted him still, and of all of life’s difficulties, I was the easiest to discard.

Hi, my kids are fine. Lauren has a cold right now and I think Adam is catching it. Arielle and I get along great now, but I did ask her to move out last Feb or March and so things were hairy for awhile. SHe is 19 now and living with her dad, working fulltime and going to school. I hear you about the girls growing up it happens despite us! I go to the heart doctor this thursday, so hopefully they

will figure out what is going on with me. I would like to put this part of my life behind me ASAP! So tell me what else is new for you? :::hugs:::

TeeHee!
