Clarity

With a soft whispering of sound, the door slowly closes behind me. With that door, I shut out the wants, the needs, the desires for Lady Love.

A friend of mine said to me the other day, "Sometimes, the one that you want the most is the one that you are best without." 

I know how true that is now. I spoke with Lady Love, I asked her questions to which I already knew the answers to. She answered the questions that I asked, she lied to me in her answers. I realized then, just how much that I did not need her in my life anymore.

I have also come to the conclusion that any conversation that I have with a woman about a relationship that starts with: "You’re a great guy…" never ends well.
