The news – 04.15

would you believe I’m watching the news for the first time in about 10 days. The last I saw was the floods in the UK and I was still in the UK then.  Ok, that was only on Tuesday actually, not 10 days at all.

But, I had no idea that it was so hot in the south of Europe and I had no idea in that Macedonia and the Canary Islands were burning.

How crazy that one country is below water and just a few thousand kilometers further, another is on fire.

I didn’t know that the Taliban had captured a group of japanese hostages.

I didn’t know that the Tour de France ended today.

Next year I will blog better. This year I’ mjust hanging in there  – keeping on hanging.
