Hungry
Ugh, this is why I don’t diet. On this diet I am aloud to eat normally tomorrow and I am talking myself out of this diet right now… I am getting hungry and not looking forward to tuna for dinner.. that is all I get a cup of tuna half a banana and half cup of ice cream. I want some real food RIGHT NOW :/ I think I may quit a little early and have some yumminess for dinner, but then start back up again on Tuesday with the diet again. I am thinking subway …

Go and drink a few glasses of water. Try not to give in at this stage or you could risk giving in to temptation at every stage of this diet. Don’t reward yourself with food – food is nourishment, not a reward.

Why not just eat sensibly instead of dieting? You can still lose weight. It’s not normal to eat half a cup of tuna, half a banana, and half a cup of ice cream for dinner.

I didn’t mean for my note to sound rude on this entry or anything. Sorry if it came across that way. I was just trying to say that I think it would be hard for *anyone* to keep up an eating plan like that, so I think you’re being hard on yourself for failing, and I think there are still other options out there for you that you’d probably find easier!
