i like to cook for others, but i also like to eat well,..
“sorta Eggs Benedict”
one of the things i plan on planting next spring, asparagus (this is from Brazil, eh)
on a english muffin (raisin/wholewheat)
with
kielbasi (no ham handy)
and two poached(to perfection) eggs
and some cheese mix sprinkled on
and, of course some fresh ground pepper
Yummy!

I so love asparagus! I used to have it in my garden in CT, but I had to put a fence around it so the dog wouln’t eat it before it was ready to harvest! That looks yummy! ~M

I love your food photos. You make good-looking food. What is the difference between a kielbasi and a smokie? I’m not sure I could tell. Now I want to eat a barbecued smokie on a hoagy. Your fault.

That asparagus looks beautiful. Edward Bear made me poached eggs with watercress and, because I love them, baked beans. 🙂
