Good morning.

I think I’ve officially lost the ability to sleep in.  Yesterday I woke up at 6.30 (although that was mostly cause my roommate was doing stuff in the room) and today I woke up at 7.30.  Both days it was completely unnecessary for me to be up before 8.30 at the earliest.

So I tried to look pretty today.  Needless to say, I kinda bombed at that, but I at least made an attempt.

Nathan’s gonna be here in like… 3 hours 🙂

Yesterday was a bunch of training stuff for most of the day.  I went to SAFE Training (LGBTQI Friendly Safe-Zones) for a couple of hours, then went and made playdough.  Both experiences were fun, although I think one may have been just a tad bit more enlightening than the other.

Then we came back and Gaan, Carena and I made dinner.
When I include myself in there, know that I made elbow macaroni.  And I couldn’t even do THAT right – I had the wrong burner turned on on the stove, so nothing was happening.  But the curry went over really well, so at least that’s good.  Some people were kinda wussy about the spice, and of course Gaan and I were sorta like "it’s not that bad…" and people like Douglass were practically CRYING.  But it really wasn’t that bad….

Then we played a massive "Game of Life" where we turned the lobby into a Life board.  We got cookies too 🙂
After that we played Bingo and I pwned and got ANOTHER travel mug declaring my academic excellence.

Today I don’t have to go outside till I’m going to my Nathan tonight, so that’s nice.  We’re planning our programs, advertising for them, making cards for the international students and the janitors, decorating the building as much as possible and organizing as much as we can.   The residents are going to be here at 10 am tomorrow, so it all needs to be done tonight.

Then we’re watching a movie and eating more cookies and snacks. 🙂

I wanna go eat though, so I think I will.
