I had a good weekend (yes, I know it’s Wednesday)

I don’t update much.  You’ll have to forgive me.

I went to Menomonie essentially straight from work on Friday.  I got there around 8.30, which was pretty imipressive, considering the fact that I left at about 4 and it was apparently supposed to take me 5 hours… I did manage to pick up some food from Perkins for dinner too, just because.

And then I spent my whole weekend with my Nathan.  We went to see Get Smart on Friday night, which was surprisingly awesome.  Saturday we went to the mall and I got a new shirt (even though maybe I couldn’t afford it at the time lol), then came home and spent time with family before heading out.  First we stopped by to visit Erin and all of her roommates, only Nathan started dying of cats, so we left pretty quickly and headed over to Chelsea’s to visit with more people.

I had a lot of fun over there hanging out with Nathan’s friends, we played Wii Bowling and stood out in the street to stop Kelcey from driving past the house a second time, and bought pizza and got superglue and fixed an antique mug and had a lot of fun.  Whether you understand or not 😉

Sunday we went to church, picked up my wallet from Chelsea’s house, and then went to the Renaissance Festival (which wasn’t quite a cool as Ren Faire, but was still interesting).  It was a lot of fun, but I got super clingy as 4 got closer and I knew I had to leave eventually.

But it’s okay, cause Nathan will be here in a little over a week 🙂  I’m taking him with me to see Suburban Legends at Summerfest on the 4th, and we’re having a bonfire and fireworks on the 5th.

Well, that’s not exactly true.  My parents initially said no (they’ve got a party they’re going to, so they won’t be home)… and it moved to a "maybe" yesterday… then I pointed out today that I’ve survived gatherings with my friends where I didn’t have parents around for the past 2 years at school… and I think that acutally helped.

It’ll be even more awesome because Krispy was gonna come the following weekend, but now she’s coming at the same time.  I’m SO excited 😀

OH.  So when I got to Nathan’s house, I put my stuff in his room, only to see this framed, about 11×17 or so, staring at me:

While I love my Nathan… I made him turn it around.  I didn’t want ME staring at me while I slept that night.  I still really like it though 🙂

So far this week… I don’t remember much.  Except for finishing Gurren Lagenn (an anime) at Dan’s last night.  It was AMAZING.  I’ll spare you the details though.

I get paid on Friday!!!
Yup.  That’s all I’m really looking forward to until Nathan and Krispy get here.
