Apartment Photos
This is just a sample set, not all of the photos that I have of the apartment, but please… if you think these are in such bad condition that it needed $300 worth of cleaning from them, let me know. This is what the place looked like when we left.
I absolutely DO NOT think the place was in bad enough condition for $300 worth of cleaning, and I think these pictures alone prove that since it’s a picture of every room in the house minus TWO closet spaces. Obviously I have more pictures than just this, but I think this gives the general idea.
What do you think? Do you think leaving it like that deserved to be charged another $300 for CLEANING?

You will win if you take him to small claims court. Was there anything in your contract about a cleaning fee and an amount? You did all the work for him, he is just ripping you off at this point. I would contact him and let him know if you don’t get your $300 back promptly that you are going to sue him. Tell him you have the pictures, receipts, etc! *hugs*

Wow! Compaired to most ways people leave there apartment, that’s freaking spotless! I hardly see anything wrong with it!
