My dinner tonight

So first I cut up what was to be sauteed.

Chopped up a clove and a half of garlic, some basil leaves, green onion from the leaf, and green onions from the stock. Aswell, cut a slice off an enormous spanish onion. Cut the onion cookie down the middle and chop half of it, left the other half longer. This gave just enough stringyness. Then, a quarter chopped potrobello mushroom. Everything was sauteed in olive oil, with some oregano, steak pepper and kikomon soy sauce.

Next, the fried yummies.

Two rectangular slices of flavoured tofu were fried in olive-oilly-goodness along with four semi-thin cookies of large zuccini. Soy sauce and oregano, enough to soak in and steam out.

Flax seed rye bread in toaster. Down it went.

Mixed sauteed garlic, onions, basil and mushrooms with the tofu and zuccini. Drizzled the juices all around.

Flip flopped the tofu and zuccini. Slipped and slid it around in the oils.

Grated some marble cheese to be sprinkled on top of the tofu and zuccini.

Toast is up, flax margarine, home made hummus (lime juice, tahini, green onion, garlic, and chikie peas). On one side, 2 large Kale leaves broken in half. And on the other side, broccoli sprouts.

Assemble the sandwich, leyering Tofu between sautees goodies, between melted cheese zuccini. Halved put together, sandwich cut in half.

Eaten with wonderment and sloppyness.
