New Goal!

Okay, so I have been hovering around the same weight for a few weeks now, mostly because I haven’t truly been trying to lose weight.  Some days I’ll eat once and others I’ll eat more.  It always seems to balance out so I haven’t actually gained any weight, but yes, that needs to change.

My new goal is to lose 15lbs by June 1st.  I know I can do that.  It’s really not that much, 15lbs.  And by now I’m sure I have a few pounds to lose due to water weight.  When I go home, which is this Saturday, I’m going to stick to salads and Lean Cuisines.  I don’t really know where I’ll be working yet, but we’ll see when it comes to that.  I’m feeling so motivated right now, it’s insane!  See, I have this weird thing with exercising.  Somedays I like to exercise, but mostly I don’t.  And I feel that if I try to lose weight through exercise, I won’t actually keep up with it because I’m far too lazy.  I get into work-out kicks for like a week or two and then I stop because I’d rather watch a movie or be with my friends.  So, I’m going to lose weight solely by cutting back on food.  I’m going to live on cereal and water for the next couple days.  I’ve done it before, I’m going to do it now!!  If I lose 15lbs, maaaaaan will I be happy.  I’ll weigh close to what I weighed when I was like 13!!! 

Sooo I’m really hyper and excited to get this underway.  I know it’ll be hard, but if I really want it then I need to suck it up.  I will be so happy in the end.  And then (which I’m not really thinking about right now) but anywho, once I lose this 15lbs, I can start to think about the next 15   I will be skinnier for Cape Cod this summer!!  Fiiiiinally, I will be somewhat comfortable wearing a bathing suit on the beach!!!

I think its usually best to wait as long as you can to eat… then you don’t get a chance to get hungry again. Although I’m told its better to eat earlier in the day, I always fail when I do that. I hope you get to feel amazing in your bathing suit.:)

15 seems a bit much though, try to set your goal a little lower then you won’t get discouraged but can still surprise yourself when you’ve lost more than expected!!
