Ugh
Working out + Drinking heavily + Getting sick = Not good.
Every muscle in my body is sore from weight lifting for 45 mins. I’m still hungover from last night. I can feel sickness in my chest and throat.
I’m 20 years old and I still want my mom.
I’m waiting for the nyquil to kick in so I can get some sleep. I feel like death.
good job lifting weights. I haven’t worked out for too long, it’s bad and I feel bad about it. Drinking…well, hope you feel better.

drink lots of water, the lifting with drinking will totally dehydrate you. I still want my mom sometimes, she still wants her mom sometimes, it doesn’t have anything to do with age. Hope you got some sleep and are feeling better
