Sigh
So, I didn’t do too well this weekend. I ate more than I was supposed to and I didn’t throw up too much. I know I should be happy that I didn’t make myself throw up, but I feel disgusting now. Surprisingly, I didn’t gain any weight over the weekend. Tomorrow starts a new day and I’m going to be good. My limit for tomorrow is 500cal.
I went to the gym today and burned 250cal. I also did some weight lifting. I’m going again tomorrow because if I eat 500cal and burn 250cal, I’ll only have consumed 250cal. But don’t you have to burn more than you consume to lose weight? Maybe I’ll burn the other 250 just through normal stuff, like walking to class and digesting. Lol, that sounds retarded. Who knows. I just need to lose weight.
This weekend is the Québec City trip. I’m so fricken excited!!! There will be lots of shopping and drinking. I’m going to try to be good on those days because I know I can’t really sneak away to puke. I’ll just eat a lot of fruit. I want to lost 4-5lbs by monday. It’ll make me quite happy to see that second number down one.
I may buy some lean cuisines. I don’t know if the freezer in my mini-fridge really works though, so it may be a waste. I guess I’ll just stick to my cottage cheese and applesauce.

Your body burns about 1500 with no activity, no if you eat 500 you are still at -1000 calories so you are still burning more and will lose weight. the weekend sounds so fun 😉 And breakfast at Tiffanys… One of the best movies ever… Audrey Hepburn is a goddess and I want to be her…
