work, puppies and babes

 Work is going well this week, still doing the return to work process, Jay and I are having a blast, we go into this meeting room and I tell him we should just close the door and have naps, lol almost had him convinced.  So far basically doing online tutorials, going over things with him and doing side by sides, listening to others take calls. I’m pretty much ready to go back on the phones but I want to milk this as much as I can lol… 

It was iffy if I was gonna be able to make it to work today with all the snow, and I couldn’t shovel my driveway, not strong enough for that yet, so I just gunned it and made it out, was a little slippery driving to work but I made it with time to spare.  At least it was fluffy snow and not wet heavy stuff, was easy to clean off my car.  

So far Mike and I have found time to talk to each other, I asked him the other day to give me a call when he was finished with all his stuffs no matter the time and he called me at 12:15am my time, he woke me up and I was sound asleep but I didn’t care, I wanted to talk to him.  He laughed at me a few times, cuz I guess I wasn’t very coherent and mumbled some lol then he came online early last night and we talked for abit.  So we are trying,, oh and today I called him cuz he sent me a text saying he was outside without a coat on, yea crazy Canadian winters, anyways, I got back to my text and saw he text me he was outside and it was about 20 min later, so I thought I would try to call him and hopefully he still wasn’t busy, but when I called it rang then went to vm, so I left him a msg, he text me later saying he was teaching a grade 12 class when his phone vibrated and he took it out of his pocket and my pic was on the screen and his class saw it and started teasing him, so they asked who was calling and the guys asked, is she hot and he said he just smiled a yes lol and he says he likes when I call and my pic comes up, it makes him happy 🙂

So I’m not gonna be able to chat with him tonight, he sent me a text saying he won’t be home in time cuz I said I was going to bed at 10.  So I will miss my baby tonight, ‘sigh’…

I came home today and Copper wasn’t feeling well, he was puking and shaking a lot and he couldn’t get comfortable, was always getting up and moving around, then he started yelping and crying and he wont eat at all, not even a milkbone and that’s his favourite, he goes nuts over them. He finally fell asleep and Moosey is snuggled up next to him, guess they can sense these things.  If he isn’t better by morning I’m gonna take him to the vet, I’m afraid there is something stuck somewhere and giving him belly aches, I don’t want it hurting him and causing alot of damage to him, my poor puppy, I feel so bad.  Well he now went up to bed so I’m gonna go there now too and snuggle with him, I hope he feels better in the morning 🙁
