Back I am, here to stay.

Finally taking a few moments to write about my forlorn deeds and diabolical plots. A time long overdue, without a doubt.

Things have been on the up and up lately. Class has been going well, and I am giving my first test tommorrow. A new Prosecutor has taken over, and her and I have become good friends. (cheers to amiciably being able to resolve things)….and I took a brief trip back to PA.

Has it been so long since I wrote! I was in PA over labor day weekend. Sigh. I need to stop letting this fall by the wayside. In other news, my horn in le cabriolet has taken upon itself the ability to randomly "beep" whenever it so chooses, which has lead to some interesting circumstances.

WAR has come out as well, so i have a new video game to entertain me. Which is always a plus.

My mother gave me a blue-ray player (She bought it, and couldn’t figure out how to work it, so she gave it to me) It goes well with my 48" flatscreen 1080p. It makes me want to tear up when i watch a movie. I enjoyed it so much I went out and rented 300 just so i could watch it on blueray. well worth the bucks.

I’m currently shopping for cars. I really want a miata. I figure, fuck it, I’m 30 and single and a lawyer. Why the hell not.

Ani Difranco in concert this wednesday. I’m already giddy. She is simply awesome.

Oh, and I won an appellate case for a Writ of Mandamus (in a criminal case). The opinion was posted online (in which I am listed as the "counsel for appellant" I was so giddy and excited I told my whole family, and my mother proceeded to print it out and frame it. (even though she can’t make sense of the opinion)

Awesome.

I feel like I have glossed over so much in the past month. Its just been one of those crazy times where things have been moving so fast that I didn’t get a chance to breathe, let alone post. Things seems to have calmed down now though, thankfully. Till the next entry.
