Postponed

We missed January’s adoption orientation by a day, DH was out of the country for February’s, we waited and waited for the March date to finally be set. It was finally on the calendar a few weeks ago, and we have been anxiously awaiting this Thursday. However, I just received a email that it had to be rescheduled! Thank goodness I am not away on business, as I had waited to schedule all my trips for March until I knew the date of this orientation. It is only a few more days…but I woke up this morning telling myself it was only two more days from today. Now it is a week away.

Waiting, waiting, always waiting. I know it is only going to get worse once the classes and home studies are finished and there is nothing to do but wait for someone to choose us. This is what cats at the shelter must feel like.
