Day 4

I decided Sat & Sun are gonna be my no exercing days. So i could stay up a bit later and sleep in.
I had my normal breakfast & lunch & for dinner just had a can of tuna with beetroot. I know im still missing the snacks. Hopefully im gonna be back on track tomorrow and sticking with the whole meal plan.I also ended up having some type turkish fairy floss? treat and some sweetened tea. i visited some family and its rude not to refuse. So i had a bite of that and gace the rest to my son.
