Day 3

9.00pm
Today was a okay day. Im getting worried im gonna start under eating. Which gets me real cranky & snappy around the ones i care about.
I woke up at around 8.30am and did my bike routine then breakfast.Showered then mouterize. Had my lunch. no snacks and got a bit peckish and had a can of tuna.  Gonna hit the sack soon.
Im gonna try not weight my self until it has been a week. So on Wednesday.
