Channeling the Piano Man

Oh my, you’ve lost your mind.  Your sense of the feasible.  Your ability to differentiate between wisdom and folly.

Oh, please good sir, don’t make me quote the Piano Man.  You wouldn’t like me…when I’m quoting the Piano Man.

It’s like parking a school bus in a supermarket, bud.  Even if it does fit, it’s always going to be in the way.

I’ll do it, motherfucker.  I’ll do it.  Just keep daring me.  Keep talking.

Listen, if just once in your life.  Rise above the foolishness.  Become something more than the impulse.

Like the impulse sent from my brain, bouncing from synapse to synapse, and ultimately ending with a smile on my face?  Become something more than that?  ‘Cause I’m just about to break out that quote, asshole.

Listen to me!  Listen to yourself!  You’re smarter than this!  You’re wiser than this!

Nothing’s ever been smarter, and "I’ve been a fool for lesser things."
