Slow getting back in the saddle

I thought when I got back on here that I would write often, but I find the opposite is true. Whether the words are just harder to come by or I’ve just gotten out of the habit, it is hard to tell. I’ll try some bullets to get started:

~ Work is going ok. Swamped, but that is a good thing. I’ve been there going on 4 years now, and that is a good feeling.

~ I’m procrastinating on paying bills. Not sure why.

~ I’m working (a bit late, I know) on opening the pool up. The usual cleaning and chemical adjustments. Looks like the heater is bad though. That means metal in the water, so I close it off from circulation using valves. Worse though, it means no hot tub. *insert sad face here*

~ I got rid of the Tiberon. I enjoyed driving it while it lasted, but in this economy it wasn’t really practical. I got a Honda Civic, 5-speed, that gets 31 MPG in the city.

~ I still have my bike. When there is little chance of rain I ride it. 55 MPG is even better. 😉

~ I recently watched (for the very first time) the complete Babylon5 series. I still have to see the last two movies. Pretty darn good series.

~ I find “The Big Bang Theory” to hilarious on several levels.
