Wednesday, the day of the chili cookoff that I was excited about, the school nurse called about 9:30 and said "Rebecca is in here vomitting and needs to be picked up as soon as possible." LOL. I bet she sometimes gets parents saying "oh, can’t they stay at school?!" So anyway, I had to miss the cookoff. Then when I picked her up, the nurse told me she had to stay home Thursday too, because they have to be free of vomitting for 24 hours. Aie. She wasn’t really sick, she just had a runny nose that upset her stomach. Well, we had a fun 2 days anyway.

Ben’s fall fest Friday was pretty fun. There was a haunted house that he kept calling a "Sonic house". He liked seeing all his friends dressed up.

Ooh, Cowboys just scored. It’s tied now.

Ben’s telling me he can get his own cereal…I better go.
