Changes

Things are always evolving and I’m not going to lie and say that I love it. I always find messes, I swear, or they find me whichever.

Lyle, my creepy boss is no longer my boss. Briana, one of the telemarketers who makes the most money in our office, and then who went to being a counselor instead of a TM, took over and got lyle knocked out of here. Good thing he was close to retiring age. I liked him but the way that he put pressure on us to make sets and stuff was overwhelming. now that briana is in charge, things have changed. She isn’t really as intimidating, but I didn’t think that she liked me for the longest time. Now she has been more friendly with me, and it’s been a pleasant change. I know though that if I don’t step it up in a big way my job will be on the line here. I am doing my best which is what sucks. i don’t know if you can really improve that which is already at it’s current peak. hmm.

marti is still on a roller coaster, as she has run off to california with that guy for a week, and she  is calling in to work saying that there is a family emergency because no one else knows she is in cali. She was supposed to be back by today but she still isn’t back yet and since I haven’t heard from her it makes me nervous. She left her kids with their dads and just took off. Idk….i also found out that she has been doctoring her hours. She has been adding like an extra 8 or so a week, thats HUGE. I don’t know who to trust anymore. Seriously.

I want a new job but because I was stupid two years ago, I have a misdemeanor for retail theft (back in 09) and that’s going to haunt me. I’m not a bad person I just made a stupid ass mistake and now I’m paying for it in the way that I won’t be able to get a job to save my life, so Im stuck in TM world with e love.  i will look into getting my record sealed perhaps at the end of the year.

But in other news, I have been being selfish a lot latley. I need to cut it out. I have to start thinking of what others need before myself. It’s going to be a process but I will do it.
