Started my change of life plan today
Breakfast: NO good had 5 plain biscuits
Lunch: Smoothie –
Snack – Toast with peanut butter
Dinner: Not sure yet.
15 mins interval training on the treadmill.
Tomorrow’s aim 30mins interval training.
Eat 3 meals and 2 -3 snacks
