Adventures at work
I work for the american red cross as a Lab Tech processing blodd.
Work was interesting the other day. What happened was I had taken the bags of blood out of the boxes and put them into little carts to wheel them in the refrigrator. As I was wheeling the blood into the refridgrator the cart i was pushing got caught on a rubber mat and all the pints of blood just fell on the floor. Mind you that was like 100 bags of blood.
Luckly none of the bags of blood busted. That would have of been one nasty mess to pick up.Also thank god it didnt fall on me. That would of hurt haveing all the little plastic boxes the bags of blood were in would of fallen on my head.I think I learned my lesson. Dont wheel the cart over the rubber mats, just go around them.
Work is going good. I start my regular shift on monday. That shift will be monday through friday 3:30 pm to 12:30 am. I think I will like this shift better. I wont have to work with the guy that smells. I dont know why he smells, but he smells awfull. I used to work the 9pm to 6am shift monday through friday. With the new shift I should be able to spend atleast 2 more hous a day with my kids. I should but with traffic and my 1 hour drive to work, I may have to drop them off at day care early.
The boys seem to really like day care alot. There teacher Miss Tiffany says they are the most happiest babies she has ever seen. I know that one is true. Mikey is trying to crawl. He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. Gary is doing good at sitting up. He still wobbles a good bit, but is getting steady each and every day. I loaded up videos of them on myspace. The videos are of them 4 days old in the NICU. So check them out. My myspace name is the same as my od name.
I love your background. Very classy looking. Your font, though, needs to either be bolded or a size bigger. I had a hard time reading it. May God protect your hubby and keep him safe until he can come home to you. ((hugs))
