My abs session Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 100 crunches/oblique twists/leg raises. This number will be split up among the day. So 10 an hour for 10 hours. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: As above but in as small a time as possible. So maybe 4 sets of 25 for each area one after the other. Maybe 2 sets of 50. Once this become easy, I will double the number. Also, I am doing 200 press-ups a day from tomorrow. Again, on weight days, the amount will be split during the day and on non-weights days, they will be done as quickly as possible.
