Doing stuff.
I did my abs, ate a bit, took a shower, ate a little more (eclairs, oh my GOODNESS, I didn’t realize how good they were!) and now here I am working diligently on my thesis. I don’t think I’ll make it to the gym today, but I will definitely do more ab work and do my usual 30-45 minutes on the trampoline. I’ve had so much protein over the past few days, so I haven’t had any shrinkage in my muscles or anything. And my stomach looks pretty good, despite all of the Thanksgiving food. Yay!!
YAY, i am proud of you all i have to do is get back into shape 530am bike riding tomorrow
