Ladder

Our communication lacks.
Maybe the truth should have remained undisclosed.
But I don’t want him to give up on something I could have reassured him of.
Maybe it was wrong, but I will not fret.
I can no more take it than he can.
So I’ll let it go and wait for this holiday to run it’s toll.
However, this Ladder reminds me of our past and makes me to remember that which I generally choose not to.
