Friday, 8/3/13.

I feel like I have the dreaded Never-ending Cold of Doom. Yesterday I thought I was over it, this morning my nose and throat decided that they didn’t want to breathe any more. Brilliant.

No time to feel sorry for myself though as I needed to go to town to get mum a hamper basket for her mother’s day presents. I’m pleased to say I finally found one, and for only £5.99 from TK Maxx. However I did also go into Primark and ended up buying a dog door stopper and a cushion with a pug on it!! Omggg squee, so flippin’ cute. The most amazing thing was James saying I could buy it! I fully expected him to walk away when I grabbed the cushion and screamed. Instead he bough a matching pillow with a bunny wearing sunglasses, hahaha. So now our sofa is a little more colourful 😀

We’re going over Dave’s tonight to hopefully book a holiday. Not sure if the Crete one is going ahead now, but apparently Tenerife is looking good so we’ll see.
