Monday, 27/8/12.

Bank holiday today, so I get work off and I’m paid for it. Lovely stuff.

I worked an overtime 9-5pm shift yesterday and then went to mum’s for dinner straight after work, before going home to get ready and meeting Christina, Sarah, Sam, Saz and Jake in town hence no entry. It was a good night, we went to the Globe first but it was really hot and took forever to get served so we ended up going to the Maids quite early and listening to the various bands (Vex headlined so weren’t on until 10:30pm). Thorpe came out after getting back from geekfest and he’d bought me a Pikachu cupcake! Haha, loved it. The only downer was Becky turning up with Dave, but they only stayed for a little while and nobody apart from Sarah bothered speaking to her so pah-hah. 

Today went as follows:

• Got up and did the ironing. 
• Went to Tesco for a food shop.
• Thorpe cooked turkey and prawn madras, I cooked teacakes. 
• Watched Top Gear.
• Put the rest of the shelves up in the office/bedroom.
• Christina popped over for a cuppa.
• Ate dinner.
• Going to the quiz in 20 minutes.

Oh, I got bitten again last night. Fucking bugs! I must taste damn good because they only targeted me. So now I’ve got a really itchy, red, lumpy shoulder and one on my lower back too. Brilliant.

Sunday: 8 hours minus 1 hour break (time and a half) – £74.
Monday: 3 and 3/4 hours – £26.
